We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join one of our major clients in the construction Industry. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Generating sales from existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Managing individual accounts, including maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and maximising profit margin.
- Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to retain business and increase company sales
- Communicating regularly with customers to understand their expectations and promptly resolve any issues
- Serving as the primary point of contact for specific accounts and liaising with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A friendly and engaging personality with a confident manner
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a Sales/Account Manager/Business Development role
- Steel or Rebar experience desired
