Event Administrator – Event Hire Company
One of our clients is seeking an Event Administrator to join their dynamic event hire company, working across weddings, brand activations, and exhibitions. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for the events industry.
About the Role: As an Event Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with general operations and administration tasks, ensuring the smooth delivery of events. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across multiple events, including weddings, brand activations, and exhibitions
- Manage and update CRM systems and event documentation
- Assist with booking logistics, supplier coordination, and event schedules
- Handle customer inquiries and provide high-level support to clients
- Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to the team
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist with event preparation
- Some experience in administration or event support
- Comfortable using CRM systems or eager to learn
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and highly organized with a can-do attitude
