Salary: $80-100k + Super + Commission
Locations: High-end venues across Sydney
Company: A prestigious hospitality group operating multiple luxury venues, specialising in hosting weddings and corporate events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, taking client briefs and upselling services.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the event planning process.
- Lead styling and execution, ensuring events exceed expectations.
- Manage team workflows, schedules, and assignments for operational success.
Event Stylist
Salary: $70-110k + Super
Company: A premium event hire agency specializing in luxury weddings, brand activations, corporate events, and exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client consultations via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Organize and manage event installations from proposal to execution.
- Create visual design presentations, including floor plans and renders.
- Oversee event set-ups, bump-outs, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
- Stay ahead of design trends to craft innovative style collections.
Event Business Development Manager
Salary: $100-150k + Super + Commission
Company: The same luxury event hire agency as above.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive new business through cold calling and networking.
- Focus on expanding the exhibition side of the business.
- Attend client meetings and professionally represent the company.
- Liaise with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and ensure sales align with the company’s financial goals.
