Working on behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Service Technician.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality service, installation, and maintenance on various ranges of coffee machines.
This role involves working closely with customers, delivering technical support, and ensuring excellent machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate Technical Service activities.
- Execute service orders as assigned by the central planning team.
- Install and commission coffee machines, ensuring successful setup.
- Conduct operator training on coffee machines and attachments.
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on coffee machines.
- Prepare detailed technical and customer service reports for each service order.
- Communicate service outcomes and machine status clearly with customers.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster as needed.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within coffee machine service or a related field.
- Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics.
- Willingness to travel for work
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Have a restricted electrical license
- You must have full Australian working rights
- Have a full Queensland driving licence
- Be able to spend nights away from home (accommodation is provided)
