Job Description
Typical workload includes the following
- On/Offboarding users
- Installing/upgrading applications on workstations
- Coordinating support with third party software vendors
- Troubleshooting MS Office apps
- Voice and video support and regular audits
You will also need to assist with project work which can include provision and deployment of physical and virtual workstations, creation and management of systems configurations and policies and consolidations/migrations of Office and other applications.
Core Requirements & Technical skills
- 5+ years of IT Support experience
- Strong knowledge of IP networks
- Experience with Active Directory, Group and OU policies
- SSO and 2FA/MFA troubleshooting experience
- Microsoft Office 365 management portal
- Experience with JumpCloud and/or MS Intune is highly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Visual Desktop is a plus
