We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Foreman/Supervisor to join our client’s team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for overseeing landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

- Supervise and manage landscaping crews on various commercial projects
- Regular auditing of workmanship to ensure conformance to requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Cost control - monitoring and reporting with the Construction Manager
- Organise trades for quotations on the current and future works
- Review project plans and specifications - design, scheduling, cost-saving ideas measures etc
- Operate excavator, and tractor when required (depending on the size of the job)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a landscape foreman or supervisor in a commercial setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction techniques and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
