Join a dynamic and diverse commercial landscaping company that takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial and civil landscaping services. 
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Foreman/Supervisor to join our client’s team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for overseeing landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow in their career and step into a Project Manager position down the track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage landscaping crews on various commercial projects
  • Regular auditing of workmanship to ensure conformance to requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cost control - monitoring and reporting with the Construction Manager
  • Organise trades for quotations on the current and future works
  • Review project plans and specifications - design, scheduling, cost-saving ideas measures etc
  • Operate excavator, and tractor when required (depending on the size of the job)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a landscape foreman or supervisor in a commercial setting
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction techniques and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
