Are you a skilled Landscape Foreman with a passion for commercial projects?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our clients dynamic team and oversee landscape construction activities on major commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project plans, schedules, and costs, identifying savings and construction issues.
  • Assist labourers and landscapers with completing projects, jumping on the tools and machinery as needed 
  • Lead and optimise labour performance while overseeing subcontractor work and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager on cost control, scheduling, and project variations.
  • Maintain high construction standards through regular audits and quality control.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and security compliance while managing site operations and equipment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, construction methods, and project management principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in cost control, scheduling, and auditing workmanship.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

To be considered for this role you must:
  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Have past experience as a Landscape Foreman
  • Have full clean driving record
