Job Description
The Role - Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines and equipment to process raw materials - Perform laboring duties, including loading and unloading materials - Operate forklifts and other machinery as required - Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator or similar role - Forklift license (essential) - Ability to work in a harsh, indoor environment for extended periods - Strong problem-solving and attention to detail - Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including 4-day/10-hour, 5-day/8-hour, and 3-day/12-hour schedules - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- AM, PM and Night Shifts available
- Competitive hourly rate with 17% additional pay for Saturday shifts
