Job Description
Seeking a Level 3 IT Engineer with a strong focus on Azure and Microsoft Intune to join our dynamic IT team. This role will involve deploying and managing Intune across all desktops, building and deploying Intune profiles, and troubleshooting issues related to networks and firewalls. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Level 2 and Level 3 support roles, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Management:
- Configure, manage, and monitor Azure services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Intune Deployment:
- Deploy Microsoft Intune across all company desktops and devices.
- Create, build, and manage Intune profiles for device compliance, application deployment, and configuration settings.
- Technical Support:
- Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues related to Intune, Azure, networks, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Network & Firewall Management:
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure and firewall settings.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and performance problems.
- Documentation & Training:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Intune configurations, network setups, and troubleshooting processes.
- Provide training and support to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune and Azure services within the organization.
- Collaborate on projects related to IT security, infrastructure upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Level 2 and Level 3 support.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Intune deployment and management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting network and firewall issues.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are highly desirable.
