About the Role As a Neoxam Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the company's cutting-edge financial technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the implementation of Neoxam DataHub and/or Neoxam IBOR at leading financial organisations
- Customising the software, defining workflows, and optimising the technology platform
- Providing support in troubleshooting and resolving any installation or implementation issues
- Offering best-practice guidance to clients by leveraging your technical expertise and industry experience
- Coordinating with the appropriate departments and colleagues to ensure responsive follow-up to client needs
- Participating in client support efforts and providing project reports as requested
- Continuously staying up-to-date with the latest functional and technical features of Neoxam DataHub and/or Neoxam IBOR
- An engineering or business degree, preferably at the master's level or equivalent
- Up to 7-8 years of experience in software implementation projects within the banking and financial industry in the Asia-Pacific region, preferably with a financial technology vendor or consulting company
- Hands-on coding experience in scripting languages like Shell, Bash, Python, VB, or JavaScript, with the ability to adapt to new programming languages
- Experience with RDBMS, data modelling, and SQL language
- Understanding of enterprise data management and ETL techniques and processes
- Knowledge of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and ICE
- Deep understanding of financial instruments like equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Experience in multiple stages of the project life cycle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, independent, and a real team player
