Key Duties:
- Oversee daily packing operations to ensure smooth product supply and quality standards.
- Manage packing equipment, processes, and systems, developing and updating SOPs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Plan and prioritize daily workloads, monitoring resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring regular stocktakes and loss prevention measures.
- Manage budgets and track operational expenses related to packing operations.
- Proven experience in a similar role within FMCG or warehousing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Expertise in setting KPIs and providing staff training for ongoing development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to manage resources efficiently.
