Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and extend SailPoint workflows, connectors, and policies as per project needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for identity and access management.
- Develop technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and deployment plans.
- Conduct system testing and participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Provide technical support and guidance during SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation phases.
- Stay updated with SailPoint product updates, patches, and new releases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, integration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Java programming and scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SailPoint certification(s) (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer).
- Experience with other IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Oracle Identity Manager).
- Knowledge of cloud identity management platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
