Sirius Technology is working with an innovative Salesforce Partner to recruit an experienced Salesforce Administrator. Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance clients’ Salesforce systems, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Create and implement customised solutions that align with client requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop advanced automation workflows, data structures, and security frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering best practice recommendations to clients.
- Independently manage service requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting tasks.
Skills Required
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Proven ability to build sophisticated flows, manage data security, and define object relationships.
- Strong client-facing communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in a consultancy or agency setting is a plus.
