Sirius Technology is working with an innovative e-commerce company based in Sydney to find a talented Salesforce Consultant (Tech/Functional) who specialises in Commerce Cloud. As a Salesforce Consultant (Tech/Functional), you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help to deliver seamless and engaging e-commerce experiences. You’ll be responsible for leading technical discussions, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customised Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead the technical aspects of e-commerce projects from concept to completion, including integration with third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ensure the highest level of code quality, performance optimisation, and scalability within the Commerce Cloud platform.
- Conduct regular system audits, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B).
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Salesforce Commerce APIs.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, business processes, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, including declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (Commerce Cloud Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
