Job Description
Sirius Technology are working with a large retailer to help them recruit a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their team. The business have been using Salesforce over the last few years and are now looking to mature and expand their usage of Salesforce across the business.
You, as the ideal candidate will have:
- Multiple years experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, operating as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Previous technical background, ie advanced administrative skills or even some apex experience.
- Experience working across Service cloud projects and ideally some exposure to Marketing cloud.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience working with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements from them.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Solution Design: Design functional Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. With a view of upskilling on Data Cloud too.
- Technical Delivery: Oversee the delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring smooth integration and functionality, including leveraging your hands-on skills for advanced Salesforce administration.
- Stakeholder Communications: Working closely with business users to gather requirements and update them on on-going system progress.
This role will be based in Sydney and will require you to be onsite, in office for at least 3-4 days per week. This is a non-negotiable requirement. We also need someone who has full working rights in Australia. This will be a permanent, full time position.
