What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of backend systems experience.
- Proficiency in Python/Django or Golang.
- Strong understanding of system design and relational databases like Postgres.
- Experience developing REST APIs and using version control.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and lead other developers.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Previous startup experience and flexibility to adapt to a growing company's needs.
- Knowledge of other programming languages, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD/DevOps, or mobile/web development.
- Familiarity with Agile processes like Scrum or Kanban.
- A willingness to continue learning and exploring new ideas.
