Our client is seeking highly experienced Site Manager to join their team to assist with delivering high-end residential builds valued anywhere from $1.5-7 million.
To be successful in this position you must have experience in residential carpentry and proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
The Role
- Oversee 1–2 luxury residential projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and time lines are achieved.
- Duties split: 25% on the tools, 75% site supervision, admin, and client liaison.
- Work with a structured team: leading hand, carpenter, apprentice, and labourer.
- Flexible hours: Adjust your schedule to suit your lifestyle
- Independent work environment with no micromanagement.
- Minimum Cert III in Carpentry.
- Extensive residential construction and project management experience.
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred not essential)
- White Card
- Full Drivers License
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
