Prior to recruitment, I spent the majority of my career in the fitness industry, recruiting and educating up-and-coming personal trainers. I fell in love with the recruitment side of the role, so I jumped at the chance to expand my horizons and take the leap in agency recruitment.

I've been exactly where my clients are in previous managerial positions, so I know exactly how challenging it is to attract and retain staff that invest in the business the same way you do. Recruitment isn't just finding someone suitable for a role for me, it's finding the perfect marriage between client and candidate so that both parties are 100% satisfied with this next career step. I've been through many different phases of my personal career, so I'm not afraid to look for potential beyond the CV!

When not recruiting Customer Service staff in Sydney, you'll find me swimming around the Northern Beaches or practicing my DJ skills (sorry neighbours)!
