About the Role: As the Client Services Supervisor, you’ll be leading and mentoring the Client Services Team to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing client interactions, managing bookings and service coordination, ensuring compliance
with industry regulations, and driving team performance. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the organisation’s reputation for excellence in service and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a customer service team to achieve service and sales targets
✅ Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cemetery and crematorium services
✅ Foster strong relationships with clients, community groups, and stakeholders
✅ Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
✅ Implement process improvements and contribute to business growth initiatives
✅ Prepare reports and track key performance indicators to drive service excellence

What You’ll Need:
🔹 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
🔹 Strong background in customer service and sales
🔹 Ability to manage and coach a team to deliver high performance
🔹 Excellent organisational and time management skills
🔹 Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field (desirable)
🔹 Valid driver’s licence and own transport
