Our client, an internationally renowned luxury hotel and resort chain, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee and coordinate beverage services. Known for delivering exceptional customer service, our client is highly regarded in the hospitality industry and consistently ranked among the best worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to plan bar menus and develop pricing strategies.
About the Role:
- Lead your team with a clear vision and direction to ensure the delivery of brand standards and values.
- Oversee daily operations of the venue and maintain high service standards.
- Regularly review the menu and enhance the beverage offerings, focusing on mixology.
- Implement cost-saving strategies, such as negotiating better supplier terms and optimising the procurement process.
- Handle complaints and swiftly resolve service issues.
- Conduct daily lineup meetings and monthly team meetings to keep everyone on track.
- Manage relationships with clients and third-party providers.
About You:
- Experience in a similar environment and role.
- Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology.
- Familiar with restaurant management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
