About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to help scale the business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships. This is a true hunter role, perfect for someone passionate about generating leads, driving sales, and achieving results.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in transport and logistics.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or freight management.
- A proactive and resilient attitude, a true hunter mentality.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound sales, including door knocking and cold calling.
- Base salary ($90,000–$100,000) + super + car allowance.
- A well structured bonus and commission scheme.
- Hands-on onboarding and ongoing support.
- A collaborative and family-oriented culture with regular team events.
