About Our Client:
Our client is a leading seasonal event design company specialising in delivering exceptional projects for major clients across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and effectively manage multiple client accounts.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major clients who run multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and creative department to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings and maintain regular communication to address any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and creative team to deliver exceptional results that align with client expectations.
- Leverage strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients on multiple projects while navigating various tenures.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the exhibition or event hire industry.
- Proven track record of working with major clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some on-site presence required.
