Are you passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to make an impact in a high-energy, high-performing environment? We’re looking for a dynamic Candidate Manager to join our team of sales consultants, who consistently exceed targets and thrive on success.
 
As a Candidate Manager, you will play a critical role in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting and screening potential candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing candidate relationships, coordinating interviews and placements, and providing support to our senior recruitment consultant.

Joining a growing team, your main duties will include but not restrict to:
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking event.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine their qualifications, skills, and fit for our clients' roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular communication and updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients, providing support to both parties as needed
  • Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Provide support to our recruitment consultants, assisting with candidate sourcing, market research, and administrative tasks as required
 What do you need?
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves achieving results.
