Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cemetery Supervisor to oversee operations and maintenance across multiple sites in the Western Region. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in cemetery operations, customer service, and contractor management. You will work closely with various teams to ensure high standards of service and grounds presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee all cemetery activities, ensuring smooth execution of services and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a high standard of presentation and safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cemetery facilities are properly prepared.
- Monitor service execution for compliance with regulations and client expectations.
- Manage maintenance requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Estimate and provide quotes for construction and project development.
- Oversee contractor management to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Track and report on operations, budgets, and project progress.
- Lead, develop, and coach team members to achieve performance targets and excellent customer service.
- Manage financial and asset responsibilities, including budgeting and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Experience in cemetery operations or a related field.
