About the Company:

We are representing a company in the FMCG industry who are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Representative to provide a great service to their customers at both the state and national levels. The team is driven by a commitment to excellence, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a collaborative approach to achieving our goals.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for both retail and independent buyers. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service, resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate data entry to support operations.

Working Conditions:
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Location: On-site in thier Coburg office
  • Salary: $70,000 per annum plus superannuation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and requests via phone and other communication channels.
  • Provide personalised support to customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our systems, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards or similar programs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Experience in call centers, retail, or similar environments is preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
