 Now, there is an opportunity for a Growth Manager to take our key channels to the next level.
 
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the performance, growth, and profitability of their most important channels. From overseeing day-to-day operations to implementing innovative strategies, you’ll be a key player in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Management:
    Oversee channel operations, manage an eight-figure P&L, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    Use analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize performance.
  • Process Improvement:
    Streamline and automate operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    Build and nuture strong relationships with channel partners and negotiate strategic deals to drive growth.
  • Innovation & Growth:
    Develop forward-thinking strategies to expand market share, improve efficiency, and explore new opportunities.
  • Market Insights:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activity to inform your strategies.
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:At least 4 years in strategy, consulting, banking, tech, startups, or similar fields. Having an understanding of the e-commerce industry. Experience managing P&L or working with online marketplaces is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset:You thrive on data and can turn insights into action.
  • Strategic Thinking:A big-picture thinker who can also dive into the details.
  • Collaboration Skills:You’re a team player who excels at working across functions and influencing stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive:Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven Results:A track record of managing multiple projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
