About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to drive inventory accuracy and accountability within our warehouse and consignment locations.
Reporting to the National DC Manager in a global medtech company, you will play a key role in optimising inventory processes, investigating variances, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continued improvement in inventory holding accuracy within warehouse locations.
- Conduct investigations on inbound inventory (Loan) and manage DIFOT measurement.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to drive effective inventory management.
- Coordinate and execute warehouse cycle counts, investigating any variances.
- Oversee SOH and DII reporting, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices, regulatory compliance, and processing techniques.
- Respond promptly to customer requests regarding product information.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment in compliance with OHS standards.
- Ensure loan set equipment availability, lot tracking, and replacement implants.
- Perform routine checks, maintenance, and repair of loan set instruments
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of JDE and best inventory management practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid time management skills.
- Reliable, focused, and customer service-oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Desire and willingness to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehousing role (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
