About
My client provide software solutions to customers in the accommodation, healthcare and mining sectors. They have grown rapidly over the past 3 years with over 1000 employees across 14 locations. They are constantly creating solutions for their customers by continually investing in technology whilst also achieving the smallest carbon footprint possible.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing and maintaining software applications using .NET, IoT and RFID technologies
  • Oversee the development of both internal tools and customer-facing applications, ensuring efficiency, user experience and adherence to industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing and deployment processes, improving efficiency and reducing time to market
  • Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation for code, APIs and system architectures, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance
 
What You Need:
  • Strong .NET and React experience
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Proven experience in leading a development team
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with IoT or RFID tracking software is a bonus
  • Any experience with Delphi is advantageous
