Our client, a well-established Australian multi-modal transport provider, is seeking 3 skilled Engineering Repair Tradesmen/Panel Beaters to join their team in Leichhardt. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced trades professionals to play a pivotal role in maintaining public transport systems and contributing to the sustainability and efficiency of a leading transport provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of trades-based maintenance and repair tasks on State Transit buses.
- Ensure maintenance activities are efficient, cost-effective, and meet operational requirements.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance work.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles, ideally within public transport or the automotive industry.
