- Leading Australia owned Fashion brand
- Permanent, full time opportunity with an immediate start
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up from day one
- Manage sick leave, track employee attendance, and handle other day to day HR tasks using the Employment Hero system
- Develop and promote initiatives that foster a strong and positive workplace culture
- Support operational and office tasks, including updating records, scheduling and communication with warehouse team
- Ensure all workplace policies such as Health & Safety are up to date and adhered to, assisting with audits and complaince
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within 3PL, Warehousing or Industrial environements in an HR, Recruitment or People & Culture role - or similar
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or a similar office-based role is advantageous but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Basic proficiency with HR systems - Employment Hero and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred

- Salary of $80,000 - $85,000 pa + super with staff discounts on products
