Our client is a national market leader in seasonal event design and illumination, dedicated to crafting magical and memorable experiences for their esteemed clients. They are currently seeking a skilled, organised, and enthusiastic Project Manager to join their team based in Mascot, Sydney. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers an exceptional team environment, diverse job responsibilities, and the opportunity to spearhead exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bespoke-build projects, from initial design meetings to bump out, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Utilise expertise in the events/exhibition/entertainment industry to oversee production, technical, infrastructure, lighting, and installation aspects of projects.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and exemplary administration skills throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead on-site management activities, including coordination of multiple projects concurrently and adherence to stringent safety standards.
- Maintain flexible work hours, particularly during the main installation season between October and January, which may require night-work and long days.
- Quarterly team social calendar fostering camaraderie and team spirit.
