Job Description
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the Salesforce ecosystem for the organisation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, Salesforce developers, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, improve CRM processes, and integrate business functions. The role reports to the Technology Delivery Manager and operates out of Sydney (3 days onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives through requirements gathering and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external Salesforce experts to design, build, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work with Salesforce Developers to optimise and continually improve the platform’s capabilities and user adoption.
- Manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Design and implement Salesforce systems for operational efficiencies across the business.
- Provide consultation on best practices for Salesforce administration, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce with a focus on Salesforce Service, Salesforce Sales, and Salesforce Marketing Clouds.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes and implementation.
- Proficiency with enterprise integration tools and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, API Integration, HTML, JavaScript, and .Net.
- Certified Force.com Developer with experience in full-cycle Salesforce Development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
