Job Description
- Full time, permanent opportunity - 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid environment - 2 days office and 3 days WFH!!

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Workforce planning and stakeholder engagement with hiring managers.
- Facilitating onboarding processes and conducting regular talent check-ins.
- Leading and attending job fairs statewide with occasional interstate travel, 1 - 2 times per year.
- Working to recruitment targets and managing a recruitment budget ensuring hiring goals are met.
- Identifying and implementing LND initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills – someone confident, engaging, and proactive.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with an understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing recruitment budgets or the capability to step into this responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader HR team.
- Comfortable running recruitment campaigns, including university job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to travel interstate for job fairs and training, plus one trip to NZ every 1-2 years.
- Must be available in the office on Wednesdays and 1 other day of the week of your choice.
- Must be able to pass a police check and have full working rights in Australia.
- Competitive salary package of $110,000 - $125,000 pa + super - depending on experience.
