Sirius People is seeking an experienced Team Leader within Disability and Inclusion program under the NDIS framework for a Non-for-Profit organisation. If you're passionate about making a difference, providing leadership, and promoting community participation, this role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position.
About the Role:
As the Team Leader, you will provide high-quality support, supervision, and direction to the program, staff, and volunteers. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating service operations, ensuring all documentation is completed and rosters are filled to meet participant needs.
- Providing leadership and creating a reflective, capacity-building environment for your team.
- Contributing to service growth, sustainability, and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Supporting people with disabilities in personal care, independent living skills, and community engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and maintaining workplace health and safety protocols.
- You have experience or a keen interest in the NDIS and disability services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are a must.
- You thrive in a role where you can make a direct impact and promote positive change.
