Business Development Manager - Financial Services 
Up to $150,000 + Super + lucrative commission opportunity

My client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive the growth of their funds management business. If you are a motivated professional passionate about raising capital and building relationships with high-end investors, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
In this role, you will work closely with the board of directors to raise capital for the Premium Income Fund and other financial products. Your key focus will be securing investment opportunities, supporting the management team, and ensuring smooth business operations, especially within sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the board to raise capital for the Premium Income Fund and other investment products.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies.
  • Manage client and fund records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential investors to secure new investments.
  • Support the management team in executing marketing, financial, operational, and compliance activities.
  • Implement effective systems and processes to optimize workflow.
  • Provide regular reports to management and assist with other tasks as needed.
About you:
  • Proven experience in raising capital for funds management or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Ownership of or access to an extensive network of sophisticated, wholesale, and professional investors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and secure high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Experience collaborating with senior management and other key stakeholders to meet business objectives.
