- Establish, build, and implement authentication & authorization standards, policies, and implementation patterns.
- Collaborate with software engineers to guide and support Ping UI policy management and related approaches.
- Work hands-on with Ping Identity products (PingIDM, PingAuthorize, PingFederate, PingDirectory) in "on-premises" environments.
- Design and manage identity and access management protocols, including SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, and FIDO.
- Contribute to the modernization of the IAM platform by integrating and optimizing industry-leading solutions.
- Proven years of experience working with Ping Identity products (PingIDM, PingAuthorize, PingFederate, PingDirectory).
- Strong understanding of authentication & authorization standards (OAuth2/OIDC) and identity protocols (SSO, SAML, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO).
- Proven experience with on-premise implementations of Ping Identity solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement scalable and secure IAM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
- Experience with OAuth and SaaS Advanced Services systems.
