- Plan, design, develop, and implement code/configuration for Fircosoft applications (Firco Continuity and Firco Trust).
- Perform business requirements analysis, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis in all environments.
- Automate processes using UNIX and Windows shell scripting.
- Communicate effectively with business users, support teams, vendors, and all stakeholders.
- Ensure mission-critical systems run reliably, delivering high-quality solutions to problems.
- Proven years of experience with Fircosoft Sanction Screening (Firco Continuity and Firco Trust).
- Strong experience with Firco Utilities (FMM, FML, FUM, FFFClassic, etc.).
- Familiarity with Firco Continuity V6 upgrade.
- Proficiency in UNIX and Windows shell scripting for process automation.
- Strong SQL scripting skills (Oracle, MS SQL).
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial services experience with an understanding of the business-critical nature of payment environments.
- Experience with scheduling software tools (e.g., TWS) and file transfer processes (e.g., MQFTE).
