Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives. This role requires expertise in business analysis, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze, document, and communicate cybersecurity risks, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Gather and document business and technical cybersecurity requirements.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives through impact assessments and process improvements.
- Develop and present cybersecurity risk reports and business cases to leadership.
- Collaborate with security teams to define and implement security solutions.
- Assist in incident identification, analysis, and response, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend cybersecurity policy and process enhancements.
- Support cybersecurity awareness programs and employee training initiatives.
- Experience with financial services cybersecurity solutions, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
