Job Description
This is an initial 10 month contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives for policy transformation and insurance-related projects (product, pricing, renewals, migrations).
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Engage and communicate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Analyse change impacts and develop mitigation strategies to drive adoption.
- Work independently, take initiative, and deliver outcomes efficiently.
- Experience in insurance across policy system transformations
- Ideally experience across product, pricing, renewals, and migration projects.
- Extensive experience in organisational change for system transformations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
