Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of ServiceNow initiatives with business objectives. This role requires expertise in business analysis, ITSM/ITOM/ITBM frameworks, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between IT teams, ServiceNow developers, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze, document, and communicate ServiceNow platform capabilities, enhancements, and integrations.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
- Support ServiceNow implementations
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, and HRSD.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
