About the Role
Seeking an experienced Change Manager an initial contract to support a critical ERP implementation and business transformation project. The role demands a hands-on professional with a robust background in change management, training delivery, and the ability to assess and manage organisational impacts effectively.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, particularly Yardi, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Impact Management: Analyse and address organizational change implications to ensure smooth adaptation of processes and systems.
- Training Management: Update and enhance a variety of training materials in line with ERP system changes.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to work with the ERP system effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, project teams, and stakeholders to understand and address change impacts.
- ERP Expertise: Utilise knowledge of the Yardi ERP platform to deliver customized change management solutions.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Essential: Hands-on experience with Yardi ERP and a deep understanding of its functionalities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver training effectively.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
