Sirius Technology is working with an established and rapidly growing company in the manufacturing industry to find an experienced Salesforce Lead. As the Salesforce Lead, you’ll work closely with other teams to enhance and optimise Salesforce solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement Salesforce platform architecture, standards, and best practices to support business objectives.
- Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and OmniStudio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM strategies, focusing on Salesforce integration and automation.
- Develop Salesforce APIs to integrate seamlessly with SAP and other external systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance campaign performance.
Skills
- Experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and APIs.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow for automating business processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control and continuous integration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM integration, particularly Salesforce and SAP.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
