- Full time, permanent position

Reporting into the Human Resources Manager you will:
- First point of contact for all internal employee enquiries
- Assisting in WHS management, training and works compensation claims
- End to end recruitment for all internal roles - job advertising through to onboarding
- Drafting of HR documentation, policies and procures
- Coordinating employee agreements, job descriptions and reviews
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant
- 3 years experience in an HR Support, Generalist or Consultant position
- Ability to manage the end to end recruitment at all levels within an organisation
- Experience applying Work Health & Safety processes to employees
- High level of communication both written and verbal
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday
- Full time in office to start with hybrid after training period
- Flexible to promote work life balance - choose your start / finish times across core hours
- Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 pa + super
- Onsite in Campbelltown with free parking available
