Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior IT Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing IT reporting tasks and activities within agreed timelines. You will be the first point of contact for all IT Official Circulars reporting requests, ensuring that relevant data is sourced, collated, and reported in a timely manner. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as local IT management, head office teams, and branch departments to ensure the best outcomes for IT reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality IT reporting on behalf of the IT Department.
  • Work closely with IT Management and internal IT staff to collect, collate, and accurately produce reports in the following areas: Risk, Operations, Security, Infrastructure, Projects, and Application Development.
  • Ensure compliance with IT reporting standards, meeting reporting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Prepare, collate, and input requested data using provided templates to generate meaningful reports.
  • Actively source and gather data for IT Official Circulars and other internal requests, ensuring that the most up-to-date and accurate information is provided.
  • Liaise with IT staff, regional IT teams, and Head Office departments to ensure reporting needs are met across the business.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate them as necessary.
  • Provide IT audit evidence capture and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the development and automation of reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
Competencies, Skills & Experience:
  • Education & Certifications:
    • Relevant tertiary education or certification in IT or related fields is desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of IT concepts, including Risk, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations.
    • Proficient in Windows 11 Operating Systems.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and use data for reporting purposes.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills being a plus.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes or a willingness to learn is beneficial.
    • Shell scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) is desirable.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in meeting agenda management, minute-taking, and report distribution.
  • Security & Infrastructure:
    • Basic understanding of IT Security and IT Infrastructure concepts.
