Job Description
Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire a Test Practice Manager organisation to join their rapidly growing IT team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance the company’s testing strategies and methodologies across multiple technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing robust testing processes, promoting best practices, and ensuring the right tools and environments are in place to support high-quality outputs. There are currently 3 testing teams to look after and 4 direct reports. Interviews can be held shortly and the process will be smooth with prompt feedback on CV submission and interviews.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include refining test methodologies, overseeing test execution and defect management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Test Practice Manager will work closely with senior business stakeholders and development teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal testing outcomes across various platforms.
About you
Candidates must have a proven track record in test leadership within the banking or financial services industries, expertise in Agile environments, and experience with test automation (ideally Cypress). Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
