Job Description
Leading communications infrastructure organisation are seeking a dynamic Junior / Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a leading systems and transformation team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting business objectives by delivering effective systems and tools while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to define and validate business processes and user requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with developers.
- Perform data analysis using Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL tools, and develop reports and dashboards.
- Manage system configurations and changes across platforms such as Salesforce and Sitetracker.
- Assist in business case development, sprint management, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and sign-offs.
- Conduct UAT testing, manage defect tracking, and provide training for end users.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultancy
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to create process flows and maps using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Exposure to Salesforce a bonus but not necessary as long as you are happy to learn the platform
