As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and managing the end-to-end flow of key business systems while navigating both technical and business elements. You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and providing solutions on projects within the payments space, including the NPP, ISO20022, Mobile Payments and Cards
The successful candidate will have experience with a blend of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, enabling them to adapt to different project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document end-to-end business flows and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, managing priorities and context-switching effectively.
- Engage with key stakeholders across various departments to define requirements and solutions.
- Deliver business requirements using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
