We have a fantastic opportunity within the FMCG space in Sydney. The business is known for delivering high-quality and innovative products to the market. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive growth within their grocery channel and strengthen key relationships.
This position is responsible for managing key accounts, developing sales strategies and driving distributional and promotional activities within grocery retailer and wholesalers across Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes to optimise account performance.
- Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Work with finance, supply chain and marketing teams to drive category growth.
- Ensure compliance with WH&S policies and contribute to a safe working environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG sales or account management.
- Proven success in managing national accounts within the Grocery Channel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and implement data-driven strategies.
- Knowledge of category management, trade marketing, and promotional planning.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
