Location: Gold Coast
Salary: $80,000 + Super + Comission
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for one of our clients, a prestigious global luxury hotel group with a finese in providing customers with the ultimate relaxation services, along side prividing events and conference spaces for B2C & B2B.
The group is internationally recognised for its award-winning luxury hotels and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue opportunities with a strong focus on Group Rooms and Catering Business.
- Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to grow the hotel's business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, always focusing on delivering luxury and authentic guest experiences.
- Proactively engage in business development and lead generation within both corporate and residential sectors.
- Travel across Australia to attend trade shows and exhibitions, networking to identify potential leads and staying updated on industry trends.
- Host and entertain potential clients, showcasing the hotel's catering services and accommodations.
- Experience in MICE and a similar working environment.
- Previous sales experience; Sales Executives looking for a step up in their career are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
