$100,000 + Super + Car allowance

THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. This position focuses on account management, where your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding existing partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth within established accounts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Prospect for new business opportunities while effectively managing existing accounts to drive growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits, recording all relevant data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to manage open orders and ensure seamless delivery.
- Work closely with the Technical team to support new projects and address technical inquiries.
- Prepare and forecast sales and budget data by product group as needed.
- Cross-sell the full range of product offerings to maximise business opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and claims in collaboration with the Customer Service team to ensure swift resolution.
- Prepare and deliver sales data, business plans, reports, and budget information as required
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales Management, Account Management, or Business Development with a strong track record in upselling, cross selling and sales performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Building supplies, window and door components, sealants or similar knowledge
- IT Skills: Strong proficiency in IT and comfortable using various sales tools and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Must have a full, clean driver's license and want to be on the road 4 out of 5 days per week
